About the role:

We are looking for a recruiter with approximately 1-2 years recruitment experience to join our client as a Recruitment Partner/Internal Recruiter. This role is initially on an 8 month FTC, but due to the pace this division is growing, there is definitely potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate

This role is a hybrid role and you will be required to travel to client’s head office in Kings Lynn once per week.

If you are looking for a new challenge or to carry on adding value where you co-ordinate and manage the entire recruitment end to end process, this could an excellent opportunity for you. Using the latest ATS technology and recruitment tools, this role will suit someone who is process driven and used to working within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year’s recruitment experience
  • Must be hands on and used to sourcing candidates using a variety of mediums
  • Comfortable utilising LinkedIn and the latest recruitment tools for candidate acquisition
  • Able to demonstrate effective communication at all levels
  • Needs to be a strong communicator, credible, engaging, able to influence
  • Experience of very strong recruitment processes (methodical, thorough, results driven, performance responsible in all candidate sourcing, engagement, recruitment and reporting)
  • Experience in building a successful candidate lead desk
  • An interest in moving into an internal recruitment role
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and adapt to evolving business needs
  • A process driven approach to candidate sourcing, engagement and qualification

Important aspects of the role

  • Building strong candidate pipelines
  • Working a diverse range of roles
  • Stakeholder management – setting expectations and influencing
  • Liaise with hiring managers to look at forecasting external recruitment needs and carrying out full qualification briefs with hiring managers to understand the capability requirements of vacant roles.
  • Candidate acquisition through advertising current vacancies, reviewing applicants, proactively seeking referrals, headhunting via LinkedIn, searching job boards and utilising our clients bespoke CRM.
  • Conducting telephone screens, Teams interviews and face to face interviews with candidates to gain an understanding of their experience to date, their competencies and their career aspirations.
  • Briefing candidates on live vacancies within the business and preparing candidates for interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Assisting with any recruitment drives and providing support in the coordination and execution of assessment centres.
  • Calendar management for interviews, in addition to sourcing feedback from candidate and internal management.
  • Extending offers of employment to candidates and attaining references to ensure compliance.
  • Authentically represent the brand and employer value proposition in the market
