Repairs Manager (Interim)
£200 - £250 p/d
One of the UK's leading Housing Associations is looking for a Repairs Manager on an interim basis to join their team. The chosen Repairs Manager will be responsible for managing the repairs and voids on the current housing stock.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Manager include:
- Manging the repairs and voids service measures against performance
- Providing reports on repair budgets
- Implementing data collection on repair
- Exploring potential for income generation on repairs activities
- Managing performance
Candidates must have a strong customer services background as well as have managed the repairs and voids on large social housing schemes.
