Repairs Supervisor

A West Midlands housing association are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to undertake an interim assignment on their team. This is a great role with a well-regarded housing association!

The Repairs Supervisor will:

• Manage a team of up to 10 operatives
• Manage workloads and deadlines
• Organise supplies

Previous experience in a similar role is required for this Repairs Supervisor position, such as people management and repairs in the social housing space. A background in surveying or trades is also required.

This role offers flexible working patterns and pays a daily rate.

The housing association has properties across the West Midlands, so the Repairs Supervisor should either be based in the region or be willing to commute when required.
