This unique position sits within a small actuarial division which is part of a growing protection business. They are looking for a qualified actuary with a strong reporting background who can help the business through their next phase of growth and the duties include:
- Managing the financial reporting process
- Taking the lead in discussing the balance sheet with key stakeholders of the business
- Managing and maintaining the valuation model
- Producing reinsurance accounts and assisting in areas of pricing and modelling where required
As a key member of the actuarial team, you will be expected to assist in ad hoc projects in areas such as modelling and pricing and work very closely with C-Suite stakeholders across the business. You will have good technical SII, valuation and reporting skills and a can do attitude. You will be a good decision maker, comfortable working in a small team environment and taking your own initiative.
