Reporting Actuary - Bristol

If you are a nearly / newly qualified actuary open to hearing about external opportunities, you may be interested in a Reporting Actuary role based in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity to join a market leading business which continues to grow and offers it's employees continuous development and progression opportunities. You will be working within a well-established reporting team with visibility across the entire business. From day one you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders, contributing to company strategy and helping to shape robust processes. Your duties will include:

  • Taking responsible for year end reporting
  • Reviewing the business statutory and solvency position under IFRS17 and Solvency II regulations
  • Supporting a continuous improvement and change agenda
  • Reviewing assumptions and methodology papers

In order to be considered for this position, you will have strong experience working within a UK Life insurer and be confident in either pricing, capital management, valuation, modelling, risk or longevity with ambition to learn.
