The Role: As the Research and Insight Lead, the successful candidate will be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences. Their strong research skills, both qualitative and quantitative, will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads accurate satisfaction surveys and produces engaging insight reports.
- Develops and maintains frameworks for capturing and using customer insights.
- Empowers colleagues to leverage analysis and insight data effectively.
Your Skill-set:
- Strong research methodology background.
- Data skills with Excel expertise; Tableau or PowerBI a plus.
- Experience in a client-side research role or ready for the first move from a research agency background.
- Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
