RPO Sales Manager

Goodman Masson are hiring for a Sales Manager within our RPO division.

This is an integral role to the growth of this division.

Due to client demand and expansion of our RPO Team, Goodman Masson are looking for a Sales Manager to focus on strategic growth of this division.

Your role will be pivotal to the success of the team, and your responsibilities will be centred around nurturing existing client relationships and winning new business from clients.

You will be the key point of contact for all new clients and will lead in the development of the RPO division.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Offering a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
  • Consulting new clients on RPO services
  • Following up cold and warm leads
  • Using own initiative to target new companies
  • Develop partnerships with Procurement and key suppliers to obtain new accounts
  • Adopt an Insight led approach to developing strategies or campaign plans, utilising market, industry, demographic, and competitor insights alongside hiring and ROI analytics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Partnering with the RPO divisional Directors to develop and implement future planning and growth for the division
  • Capture forecast demand from them Manager to build attraction strategies and requirements

Requirements

  • You Previous RPO experience would be ideal
  • Understanding solution selling within RPO
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships early
  • must have leading RPO knowledge
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies within RPO
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, attraction channels and communication methods.
  • Experience of presenting to clients and senior stakeholders, in innovative ways.
  • Able to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling, innovative solutions.
  • Managing budgets
  • Ability to interpret data to inform strategy

  • Can work autonomously
