Senior Actuarial Analyst – Reinsurance Broker

Goodman Masson are working on an exciting new opportunity for a part / nearly qualified actuary to join one of London’s largest Reinsurance Brokers as a Senior Actuarial Analyst as they look to continue expanding their team.

In your role you would be providing analysis to (re)insurance companies advising on their Reinsurance Pricing assessments, capital benefits and helping to protect their P&L through the retention or transfer of risk. The role provides a lot of variety and each day you’ll be analysing and modelling different data sets to provide business critical solutions for your clients. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in interesting projects on capital optimisation, deal structuring, reinsurance pricing and portfolio analytics.

As you grow within the team your role is will become more client focused. You’ll support on tenders for new business and regularly present your results both internally to brokers and externally to your clients.

For this role they are open to looking at candidates from any general insurance background with between 2-4 years experience.
