Senior Agile Delivery Manager

We are working with one of the top universities in the world to recruit for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager on a permanent basis. This role will support, coach, and enable a number of Agile project teams, and drive the successful delivery of projects and transformation across the Portfolio and Product Delivery department.

Salary: Circa £62,000 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Location: Central London (minimum on-site requirement once per week)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering projects and products using Agile delivery methodology
• Defining the roadmap for products alongside the Product Owner
• Leading and facilitating the collaborative, dynamic planning process
• Providing servant leadership to multidisciplinary teams
• Coaching several teams across multiple Agile projects
• Building relationships with stakeholders both within the business and outside
• Mentoring a team of Agile Delivery Managers

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience delivering projects and products using Agile methodologies
• Experience using a range of agile delivering methods
• Ability to manage multiple Agile projects across multiple teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with and influence stakeholders across the business, as well as third parties
