An international, FTSE 100 Retailer is seeking a Senior Commercial Business Partner to join their expanding team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand and market leader within the Retail industry.
The role has emerged through the continuing transformation and growth of the business. My client is looking for a Senior Commercial Business Partner to work alongside the marketing and sales divisions to ensure that they achieve their strategic and financial goals. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance this role will have autonomy to decide business strategy with your partners in non finance.
The Senior Commercial Business Partner will be responsible to drive profitability, identify risks and provide robust and commercial decision support to the sales and marketing directors and their teams.
Furthermore, the role will support ad hoc project work for new market initiatives or new product areas.
The Senior Commercial Business Partner must be accountancy qualified, have strong critical thinking and analytical skills plus have experience within FMCG, Retail or Leisure. The ability to build rapport with colleagues is critical because the role will involve developing relationships with both finance and non finance personnel.
