Senior Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain necessary compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Review proposed new funds and products on behalf of Compliance.
• Conduct thematic reviews to identify areas for improvement in the Institutional business and suggest enhanced controls.
• Contribute to implementing regulatory changes.
• Submit regulatory returns and requests to FCA and international regulators.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Investment Management Compliance experience.
• Knowledge of global distribution compliance advice, institutional client assessments, and investment management services.
• Familiarity with investment controls such as MAR and MiFID II.
• Experience in control assessments, product governance requirements, AIFMD fund registration, Annex IV reporting, and CASS.
