A leading provider of workforce planning software is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to work in an exciting new role supporting the high growth UK business within the finance team. The Senior Finance Analyst will be reporting to the UK Finance Director and will have strong technical financial skills and good commercial instincts. The senior Finance Analyst will have an essential part in supporting the growth of this business at an exciting time.

The Senior Finance Analyst will have business partnering responsibilities in relation to the UK Marketing and UK Services departments reviewing monthly management accounts with both parties and providing analysis where required. The role will also entail significant responsibility around the UK monthly management accounts including investigating variances to forecasts and liaising with finance operations team. The Senior Finance Analyst will also be working closely with the UK Finance Director to enhance the UK monthly management accounts reporting pack.

Key stakeholders that the Senior Finance Analyst will engage with include the UK Finance Director, UK Marketing Director Financial Operations team, Business Finance Team and Account Managers.

The perfect candidate will be degree qualified and a fully qualified commercial accountant with industry experience ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience. The Senior Finance Analyst will be highly analytical and a creative thinker with the ability to come up with solutions to operational issues. They will also have a high energy and be driven with strong excel skills are essential.

It would also be preferable to have Experience of improving internal business processes and Experience of operational business forecasting. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM is desirable but not essential.
