Senior FP&A Analyst

An innovative housing organisation with ambitious plans for further growth is looking to take on a Senior FP&A Analyst on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract that has potential to become a permanent opportunity.

This expanding company provides great quality homes and is a dynamic and collaborative place to work. This role requires a qualified accountant who is strong technically and enjoys working on various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Business partnering with various stakeholders and providing strategic advice
• Analysis of new and existing projects and strategies within the business
• Presenting reports to senior leadership and looking at projections of business performance
• Financial Modelling and the provision of commercial insight

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience within financial reporting, planning and analysis
• Senior stakeholder management and strong excel skills
• Desirable – Big 4 with Real estate/private equity background
