I'm working with one of my favourite hedge funds to find an FX derivatives product specialist to join their operations team. This is a relatively young fund who is expanding rapidly; this is a growth head count to support an increase in assets under management. It's time to bolster knowledge in the team with people who are very technical.

The role is managing every aspect of FX derivatives trade workflow and lifecycle events and also playing an integral role in improvement projects. There is also lots of scope to introduce new processes and improvements around operational risk and controls. The role is to get your hands dirty in the nitty gritty of the trade lifecycle and problem solving. You will be a product owner with the potential to become a team leader.

This is an FX derivatives specialist role, you must have a depth of knowledge (5 years+) in as many FX derivatives products as possible. We see this candidate coming from the sell side with a very structured approach to risk and controls and someone who enjoys the technical aspect of operations; engaging in problem solving and imparting knowledge on the less experienced members of the team. You must have a degree from a reputable university and some programming skills would be ideal.

Please email your CV as soon as possible to harriet.smith@goodmanmasson.com if you meet the above criteria.
