he post holder will need to be able to provide independent technical support to users across multiple sites and services within the charity and organisation.
You will be required to work closely with the Infrastructure Architect and the Operations Manager to provide daily support to the organisation's network and desktop support requirements. There is ample opportunity to grow this position and lead on continuous service improvement of the busy service desk at the charity.
The position will be supporting circa 250-300 active users at any one time.
