Senior Management Accoutant

A global consumer business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

Working closely with the FC, this role will manage two juniors and is a varied role encompassing

• Business partnering with the retail Managing Directors
• Responsibility for the preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow including all accounting entries and ensuring results are accurately recorded
• Maintaining and enhancing a strong control environment
• Perform site by site reviews of P&Ls and explain any large variances to budget.
• Perform detailed P&L review of factory operation and assist the management accountant with closing the month end.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Create accurate accounting of concession and retail income statements.
• Provide critical finance support through launch of new products and new customers to the factory business.
• Provide financial support to continuous improvement projects
• Assist with audit queries.
• Cashflow management.
• Capex appraisals

You will be either ACA qualfiied looking for your first move from practice or ACCA/CIMA qualified in a management accounting role. Multi-site experience would be desirable. This is a chance to join a growing and acquisitive business with multiple revenue streams.
