As Senior Pricing Actuary, you will be responsible for working collaboratively across various international teams. You will be instrumental in checking and evaluating pricing assumptions and generally supporting the wider group strategy. This role is based within a global reinsurer in Central London who offer many benefits including working from home and flexible hours. During Covid 19, like many other businesses this company are conducting 1st and 2nd interviews virtually or over the phone. This is an important hire for the business so they are keen to keep the process moving.

Day to day duties of the role include:

  • Reviewing appropriateness of pricing assumptions across their portfolio of longevity and protection products
  • Advising on high profile pricing deals, setting pricing methodology
  • Working on a variety of projects, managing processes with elements of people management

In order to be considered for this position, you will be a qualified actuary with significant experience in insurance or reinsurance pricing - either protection or longevity. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex content to a variety of people inside and outside the actuarial team.
