A leading pharmaceuticals manufacturing business is currently looking to add a new Senior Quality Assurance Manager and Qualified Person to their site based in Wiltshire.

Reporting into the Quality Director and working with a network of QA Managers and Qualified Persons within the business, this opportunity will suit a more experienced QP with leadership capabilities who is looking to join an evolving business that has a global reach and ability to promote quickly to Director level.

The new Senior Quality Assurance Manager will join the senior leadership team and will actively manage the product release process whilst also taking ownership of key areas of quality delivery and strategy for their function, as well as leading complex projects. As the business is a fast-paced Manufacturing Organisation with a customer focus, the successful candidate will quickly be able to develop their commercial acumen allowing them to progress to more strategic senior quality positions at an earlier point in their career.

This company works with the world's leading big pharmaceuticals so the role will provide regular contact with a global customer base. This therefore is an unrivalled opportunity to develop into a leading quality professional and set yourself up for a multitude of opportunities within the pharmaceuticals industry.

The ideal candidate will be eligible to be nominated as a Qualified Person under 2001/83/EC and have a proven track record of excellence in a pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment. You will have experience of managing a QA function and QMS and will be confident in deputising for the Quality Director.

The salary will be dependent on experience to accommodate the right individual but can pay around £100,000 (and can go higher for an outstanding individual) with an excellent benefits package.

This Senior Quality Assurance Manager position is a critical hire to support the development of the group so interviews will begin within the next couple of weeks and CV shortlisting is already underway. Please apply by this advert or contact James Ivall at Goodman Masson as soon as possible if you would like to talk through the role in more detail prior to applying.

I hope to hear from you soon.
