Permanent Opportunity: Senior System Engineer (Citrix SME)

My client, a Bank based in the City of London is recruiting for a Senior System Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to act as the businesses Citrix Subject Matter Expert.

Location: City of London (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Salary: £85,000 + discretionary bonus

The successful System Engineer will:

• Take responsibility for the effectiveness and performance of the organisation’s EUC Tech Stack
• Act as the Citrix Subject Matter expert for the business
• Be responsible for deployment of the Endpoint Engineering technology stack
• Develop & utilise interfaces with other depart
• Responsible for deployment planning, scheduling & control, installations, hardware & software lifecycle management, upgrades

The Senior System Engineer will have:

• More than 3 years experience in 3rd line support in an EUC role

The following technical skills or certificates:

1. Citrix access, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, STorefront, Provisional Services
2. VMware & VDI
3. SCCM
4. Windows 10 operation
5. AppSence, App-V & MSI packaging
6. PowerShell/ VB/ Batch Scripting
7. OneSpan
