About the role:

A leading Education and Publication Institution is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst (TA) to join them on a 9-month rolling contract. Fully remote working!

As a Sr TA, you will be responsible for executing on talent acquisition strategies and managing all aspects of the recruitment process by partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement an effective sourcing, screening, and selection process. This role requires agility, sharp time management, and the ability to provide excellent end to end recruitment services to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with TA Leader, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and associated requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to sustain hiring volumes and quality across a wide range of skill sets.
  • Utilise industry-wide recruitment technologies, systems, and tools to identify and present top diverse talent in a timely manner.
  • Share insights with hiring managers and HRBPs around the market trends and challenges and provide expertise and consultation to overcome hiring obstacles.
  • Build and expand talent networks, manage relationships with external industry organisations, and recommend new tools and technologies to advance recruitment efforts.
  • Identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies for niche roles and/or large-scale recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to and recommend solutions to impact overall speed, quality, and cost per hire metrics.
  • Utilize Oracle Recruitment Cloud to manage candidate flow and reporting as well as utilise social media and other online channels to augment talent sourcing.
  • Provide timely updates or reports to the business area and leadership to show progress and activity against defined needs.
  • Ensures compliance with local legislation and HR policies, GDPR and any other data privacy requirements, and adherence to compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
  • Relationship Management with HR Shared Service – Company’s People Services (PPS) for new hire onboarding.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years end-to-end corporate recruiting experience, preferably in an end-user or RPO organization. Previous recruitment agency experience preferred.
  • 1+ year’s LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
  • Ability to perform basic-intermediate Boolean searches.
  • Competent in utilising social media and other channels for talent identification and outreach.
