My client is a multinational listed real estate business with ambitious plans to develop across Europe and America.

Owing to an internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen in their UK Corporate Finance team for a Strategic Planning and Analysis Manager to join their London Head Office, reporting into The Head of Strategic Planning. Given the strategic responsibilities of the role, you will be regularly working with both the Finance Director, the Managing Director whilst business partnering with the UK Financial Controllers, Commercial Finance Managers and the development and leasing teams.

The right candidate will be:

- A qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
- Several years of post qualified experience having left practice
- Commercially aware, with a demonstrable skill set obtained in a PLC environment
- A proficient modeller
- Capable of liasing with board level people with experience in preparing five year forecasts and budgets and presenting them to board

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Analysis of UK income, costs, headcount and other adhoc projects. Preparation of related presentations for senior management and Group
- Analysis of potential acquisitions / disposals and joint venturing opportunities in relation to the UK/European portfolio. Preparation of related presentations and business cases
- Supporting buy and sell-side due diligence projects by working with internal resources and advisors, and analysing data and/or preparing information packs
- Preparation of adhoc analysis such as overheads review, lease deal analysis, management income analysis etc.
