Contract Requirement: Strategic Transformation Programme Manager

My client, a business in London is recruiting a Strategic Change & Transformation Manager to join them on an interim basis.

Location: Remote/London

Rate: £450 – £475 inside of IR35

Length of Contract: 3 months initially with chance of extension

The Strategic Transformation Programme Manager will:

  • Work with Programme SROs to define measures and gain business buy in for adoption of deliverables
  • Lead a business critical claims evolution programme focussing on Business & People Change
  • Help deliver the target Operating Model & Service Redesign
  • Work closely with peers & other stakeholder to not only deliver the claims evolution programme, but also work parallel with Programme Managers and Directors on other key programmes

The successful Strategic Transformation Programme Manager will have:

  • Extensive Programme Management experience leading service redesign
  • MSP or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
  • Experience of leading and managing change in a (non- waterfall) programme management environment
  • Ideally a background working in the insurance or legal industry
