Systems & Change Project Manager

An international development organisation, with global reach, is looking for a Systems & Change Project Manager to coordinate & develop systems projects across its many directorates. A prestigious and incredibly interesting charity who has undergone significant change in recent months, now looking to continue its growth.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the effective running and development of the newly-implemented finance system (PS Financials) and HR system (PS People)
  • Managing the implementation of the enhanced interface between the Grants Management System and PS Financials and to roll out the expenses, payroll and reporting module across the office
  • Overseeing the completion of the CRM and Travel Management systems development projects including business case finalisation and system selection, procurement and implementation
  • Ensuring that all staff are engaged throughout the Change process and that adequate training programmes are provided
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to empathise and accommodate their different needs

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience implementing, improving and developing systems and be a strong Project Manager
  • Be able to quickly assimilate a wide range of stakeholder requirements and to be able to work with different personalities, showing flexibility and tact in doing so
  • Have a recognised project management qualification
  • Have previously implemented PS Financials and PS People (desirable)
