• Provide class tax advisory service, to corporate entities and high net worth individuals
• Assisting Partners and other Directors as required and instructed;
• Actively building client relationships and managing clients;
• Restructuring and tax implications and clearances to HMRC
• Property structuring and incorporation.
• Undertaking tax due diligence reviews for company purchases;
• Researching technical tax issues

Qualifications:

• Tax or Accounting qualification
• Experience in Transactions Tax
