Our client, a leading facilities management and engineering services company, are looking for a technical accountant to join their team to fulfil completion of accounts relating to the disposal of one of their businesses.
Day to day duties include but aren't limited to:
* Prepare for receipt of draft Completion Accounts from buyer by preparing drafts in accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other relevant agreements.
* Review buyer's draft Completion Accounts and support with internal reviews and responses across a wide range of internal stakeholders.
* Support with negotiations as required.
* Completion Accounts have prescribed deadlines for receipt, review and negotiation to ensure all deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will have had significant experience of producing and/or reviewing completion accounts for the purchase or sale of a business.
