A fantastic global business is now looking for a Treasury Manager to join the finance team. This role will either be 5 days a week in Cambridge OR 4 days a week in London with a mandatory day a week in Cambridge.


This is a brilliant role for someone with strong experience of all round Treasury and in particular cash pooling experience.


The main responsibilities of the role are:


  • Management of UK bank accounts
  • Supervise flows on UK accounts,
  • Ensure the daily cash reconciliation
  • Principle contact in UK for bank relationship
  • Close working relationship and open line of communication with pooled subsidiaries across the globe to ensure: necessary funding for daily operations, understanding of cash flows


  • USD International Cash pooling management
  • Work with BMG for the set up and running of USD pooling
  • Daily management of the USD Pooling
  • Communicate with banks and all subsidiaries in the pooling
  • Communicate transactions to accounting team



  • Daily Cash Management
  • Supervise flows on EuroNorth entities & banks accounts,
  • Prepare Treasury forecast for such entities in close relationship with local finance teams or Shared Service Centres contacts


  • Current accounts management
  • Ensure and monitor the updating of subsidiaries current accounts
  • Produce, control and send the interest scales on current accounts
  • Communicate interest scales to accounting & subsidiaries
  • Intercompany Loans
  • Manage Interco loans & set up Cross Currency Swaps, if needed.
  • Work with legal to set up contracts
  • Review repayment plans and repayment ability of subsidiaries
  • Work with tax and foreign subsidiaries to avoid Thin Cap issues
  • Work with Treasury Director to determine appropriate capital/equity level
