VAT Manager – Global Travel Business

As a Indirect Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a highly reputable travel group, based in West London. The role focuses on UK VAT compliance and advisory.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide UK indirect Tax advice to the Group on operations, M&A, VAT legislative changes
• Review and sign off VAT returns for the UK VAT Group
• Review and sign off balance sheet VAT reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Liaise with oversees team to ensure business and legislative changes are reflected in monthly tax workings
• Maintain and develop knowledge to ensure the Groups continuing compliance with UK statutory obligations and identification of potential planning opportunities
• Ensure compliance with the Groups SAO and risk control environment
• Assisting in special projects and in executing the Groups tax strategy

Skills & Experience required:

• Training via big 4/top 10 accountancy firm
• Strong UK VAT experience
