VP/Director Capital Raising, REAL ESTATE

The role:

• Lead on, and manage fundraising efforts across EMEA
• Build on existing and and manage pipeline of new institutional Investors
• Work closely with investment teams to develop new strategies
• Actively engage with investment teams to create sales collateral and deliver engaging campaigns, sales events and roadshows

Experience required:

• 8-15 years of relevant work experience with institutional investors across EMEA
• Deep knowledge of private markets investment strategies – specifically Real Estate and/or Real Assets
• An understanding of the full investor landscape, including investment consultants
• Strong track record of raising capital
