Here at Goodman Masson, we want you to get to know the team a little bit more. That’s why we’re introducing you to Zoe Green, one of our Senior Consultants on our Housing Technology team. Scroll down to see her background, career tips, who she would invite to a dinner party and more!
Zoe’s GM Background
Zoe joined Goodman Masson back in 2017 and has been recruiting across technology and data ever since! Zoe is a Senior Consultant, leading the recruitment for our Housing Technology team.
Tell us an interesting stat since working at GM
Last year in the pandemic, we made 2,649 calls to residents in social housing who were living alone or in vulnerable groups (e.g. elderly). It was a difficult time for so many of us, and we wanted to help in a small way that we could.
The best thing you’ve learnt in your career so far?
Working smart doesn’t mean not working hard – hard work and persistence are still great ingredients for success and value.
Tips to someone just starting out in recruitment
Remain organised. This job is as much about organisation as it is learning your area of specialism and speaking to your clients and candidates.
Who would you invite to a dinner party?
I am big into personal development so I would invite Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins. I would also invite Jay Shetty, a former monk; boxing champions Muhammad Ali and Anthony Joshua; actress Emma Watson and finally the inspirational Mary Portas.
