Our Hedge Fund practice provides a holistic solution for funds and has supported clients globally across all strategies from bulge bracket brands to start-ups and boutique houses. We specialize in finding the highest calibre candidates who are generated by head hunting instead of traditional job boards and advertising methods. As consultants, we are immersed in the market and are confident operating at a senior level, partnering with funds to offer an advisory service and add value outside of recruitment. We have a track record for providing hard-to-find talent for some of the most demanding hedge fund clients, understanding the nuances of the industry. We work across the board with some of the most recognizable brands and also exciting start-ups.

Over the last 15 years, Oliver has built out a large portfolio of clients ranging from businesses from top tier, mid-tier and Boutique Investment Banks to Hedge Funds, Brokers and Trading Houses. He has an extensive candidate network, built over many years, with access to the best passive talent.
