Magella has over 8 years experience recruiting into Not-For-Profit and Public Sector markets and joined Goodman Masson in 2018. She specialises in temporary and fixed-term contract recruitment across Finance within the Public and Not for Profit sectors. She prides herself on having exceptional market knowledge and is an expert on diversity in recruitment.

Daniel Kelner

Senior Consultant

Daniel has 4 years experience recruiting into Not-For-Profit and Public Sector markets, specialising in placing executive, senior and mid-level qualified Finance professionals into permanent positions. His above-and-beyond, search-style process management and post-placement support and advice has led Dan to become the sole recruitment partner to a range of different clients.

Suzanne joined Goodman Masson in May 2021 to support our temporary and fixed-term contract Finance recruitment offering. She specialises in placing interim candidates into Charities, Not-For-Profit organisations, Education and Government bodies. Suzanne plays a pivotal role within the interim team and brings a genuine passion for the Not-For-Profit sector.

Shazia joined Goodman Masson in August 2021 to support our permanent Finance recruitment specialism. She focuses on placing candidates into permanent roles within Charities, Education, Not-For-Profit organisations and Government bodies. With 5 years of teaching experience prior to joining Goodman Masson, Shazia has a real appreciation for, and understanding of, the Non-For-Profit and Education sectors in particular.

Beatrice Easdale-Cheele

Consultant

Beatrice joined Goodman Masson in 2022 to support our growing temporary and fixed-term contract Finance desk. Her area of specialism is placing interim and temporary candidates into Charities, Not-For-Profit organisations, Education and Health & Social Care. With a degree in Global Health and experience working for a UK Charity, Bea has first-hand experience within these sectors and with it, true admiration for her client base.

Scott Jones

Consultant

Scott joined Goodman Masson in 2022 to support our growing Finance desk. His area of specialism is placing interim and temporary candidates into Social Housing organisations.

Goodman Masson are preferred suppliers to 83% of the G15, along with a huge range of other housing associations.
