What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)?

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is where an organisation transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider.

It moves the responsibility of the acquisition and retention of talent away from the organisation to someone else.

With this responsibility comes the obligation of the external service provider to build an employer brand, increase the quality of people joining, offering line managers choice when hiring, reduce recruitment costs, improve staff retention levels for the ‘right’ people, and bring consistency and simplicity to the hiring process.
