Having collated bonus data from accountants within the Investment Management sector and wider Financial Services, We have produced a report that analyses and provides insights on the following:

• Bonus ranges and average bonuses for each seniority level
• How bonuses compare across the different sub sectors within investment management
• How bonuses compare across the different job functions

The data used in this report was collected from a survey conducted over Q2 of this year which had 211 respondents. The information specifically relates to individual’s most recent bonus rounds.
