The Housing Development team at Goodman Masson is unique. The team is made up of three sector experts, who possess a wealth of knowledge of the property sector, with a particular focus on Social Housing. They recruit into Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Development Companies and Private Developers, working with over 100 clients across the UK, including 11 of the 12 G15 across the South East.

Jeanette Eccleston

Jeanette has supported RPs and local authorities with interim/consultancy appointments for the last 9 years, placing development and regeneration professionals (from the project manager level to the executive director level).

She is extremely passionate about working with the public sector and has gained an excellent reputation with the relationships that she has built with clients across the sector. She will work closely with you as a team and organisation to fully understand your requirements. With a specialist focus on the development and regeneration sector, we bring in-depth industry knowledge and a network of exceptional candidates.

Jeanette can support with recruitment from the office level through to the executive level – focussing on interim, consultancy or Statement of Works (SOW) placements.

Jamie Fitch

Jamie has 6 years of recruitment experience placing successfully within the Housing Development sector. Working with several leading housing associations, local authorities, developers, and development companies.

He is market leading within the development sector with his passion and knowledge of the sector, which has resulted in organisations trust and success in building out successful teams across the UK.

Jamie recruits for a range of roles, including Project Manager, Senior Manager, Head of Service, Director, and Executive Director. He has helped secure talented individuals from both the public and private sector.

Joe O'Dea

Senior Consultant

Joe has over 7 years of experience recruiting into the Public Sector and has partnered with a large number of local authorities and housing associations throughout the UK.

His focus is hiring Development and Regeneration professionals across Local Authorities, Local Authority Development Companies and Registered Providers. He recruits interim appointments from Project Managers through to Executive Director level roles.

Joe has a deep understanding of the challenges that are involved in public sector hiring, he has thorough conversations around effective hiring strategies with organisations and how to best meet their needs.
