Daniel has 7 years’ of experience recruiting permanent finance professionals into the Not for Profit & Public sectors, and now manages our permanent recruitment specialism within the team. Dan's personal area of specialism is leading our permanent recruitment for senior and C-Suite Finance roles across the Not for Profit sector.

Manager - Interim

Hany has over 5 years' of experience in the charity sector and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing the charity sector. He works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and priorities and is committed to finding candidates who not only have the required skills and experience, but also share the organisation's values and mission.

Scott Jones

Executive Consultant

Scott is our Executive Consultant specialising in interim finance recruitment to the social housing sector. He’s built up a fantastic track record within the market and is excellent at turning around very fast-moving interim vacancies for his clients, whilst still maintaining the highest level of service. Scott’s remit includes senior interim roles such as Interim CFO and Interim FDs, as well as sector specific roles such as Development and Capital Accountants.

Phoebe Collins

Consultant

Phoebe joined Goodman Masson in 2023 to continue to specialise in placing temporary and fixed-term positions into the Not for Profit and Public Sector. Having moved all the way across the world from New Zealand following a successful sales career back home, Phoebe was set on working within the Not for Profit space to continue making a difference to the clients she works with through what she enjoys doing the most: building longstanding relationships and offering honest, consultative advice.

Olivia Grout

Consultant

Olivia joined Goodman Masson in January 2024 to continue to grow out our permanent Finance offering across Social Housing and Local Authorities. She largely works with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Development Companies, Consultancies and Developers, recruiting mid-senior level requirements.

Senior Consultant

Suzanne joined Goodman Masson in 2021 to support the growth of the Interim Finance specialism in the Charities & Arts Sectors and has been a huge part of the team’s success in this space. Suzanne’s clients have hugely valued her passion for the sector and thoroughness of approach, brilliantly aligning candidates to roles based on both ability and values.

Hamish Harmer

Director

Hamish leads our interim division and has over 10 years’ of recruitment experience as well as a strong network of accountancy professionals within the Commerce & Industry. Hamish specialises in placing temporary and contract Qualified Finance professionals into Natural Resources businesses.

Catherine Kellaway

Executive Director

Catherine joined Goodman Masson in 2014 and has over 17 years of recruitment experience. She utilises her many years of experience to lead our Public Sector division. As a leader, Catherine is committed to embedding diversity and inclusion into the work she does.
