To be very precise… in October 2018. That was when we publicly shared our strategic ambition ‘To treat our people better than any other business.’
At the time it was unfashionable, yet an unwavering belief and philosophy that how we looked after each other and our people should sit at the centre of everything we do. We called our approach The Experience® and it has shaped the culture and DNA of Goodman Masson.
And in many ways what we are most proud of is that others have followed, and we have helped shape the recruitment sector…. many or most businesses now have an approach where looking after their people is a priority…which we love.
