Goodman Masson are currently working with one of the fastest growing multinational technology companies in Central London. With a multitude of industry awards in recent years, this company truly values its employees. They are seeking a Bank Reconciliations Manager to drive process improvement and implement a new system.

The role:

This is a high-profile position within the organisation working very closely with the executive team and reporting into the Finance Director.

  • Develop a new process to reconcile the balance on client accounts
  • Lead the implementation of a ledger system
  • Test the transaction reporting process in order to calculate opening balances
  • Enhance reports using BI tools
  • Design and implement key metrics to enhance controls
  • Define fund flows
  • Implement a new process to collect data that will analyse future unreconciled transactions
  • Manage the training program for the new reconciliation process
  • Responsible for the management of a Finance Analyst

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of bank reconciliations and overall reconciliation processes
  • Proven experience in a similar environment
  • Must have experience in double entry bookkeeping
