This team focuses on client revenu, profitability and the commercial aspects of running client business for the centralised agency.
We are looking for a commercially-focused candidate who will drive change in the business. This individual will be expected to lead meetings, lead by example and positively influence others in the team.
- Managing and monitoring margin improvement plans
- Leading client negotiations and provide accurate client reconciliations including audits of specific accounts
- Working with internal staff on forecasting on client accounts and ensuring it is recorded correctly
- Producing month-end reports
- Producing client reports
- Build a margin improvement plan for specific accounts and monitor its progress
- Review KPIs and provide commentary
- Ensure the revenue tracker is kept up to date
