This role will be working for a PLC company based in Central London.
You will be responsible for the project management of the disposals and divestments of multiple business units and negotiating of the sale and providing advise to C-Suite stakeholders and the Management Board.
This will include:
- Researching, analysing and valuing business units and financial holdings
- Developing financial models for the transactions, communicating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Coordinating and preparing the execution of the disposals with stakeholders
- Prepare internal decision making documents and negotiate with potential buyers
You will have strong project management experience and will ideally have corporate finance / M&A experience
