Electrical Field Manager

A leading housing association based in Yorkshire/Bradford district is looking for a Electrical Field Manager to join them on a Permanent Full-Time position.

Requirements and responsibilities:
– Established QS – 2 year
– Counter sign electricians work, watch their work, supervise work
– Assessments by NIC
– Responsible for 15 electricians – provide quality control
– Supervision, sign off work, coach mentoring, sickness
– Budgeting, look at mini projects
– Deal with occasional specifications
– Look at repairs, voids, installations
– DRS system
– C365 system
– Use of electronic certification
– Advanced craft NVQ – MUST
– 2391 testing qualification – MUST
– Personal Vehicle – MUST (Essential car user allowance – £1k p/a)
– Salary – £37,247 which increases each year to max of £41,480.
