Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner, 12 month FTC, £60-65k. Real Estate

I’m working with a renowned developer in London on a 12 month contract, you will sit within commercial finance and act as a Finance Business Partner to budget holders.

The role will cover:

• Prepare the annual budget, including integrated balance sheet, cashflow and P&L.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts
• Involved in producing a 5 year plan for the division
• Provide insightful analysis on quarterly reporting and strategic inatives
• Work closely senior stakeholders, supporting with commercial analysis on upcoming projects.
• Produce complex models on excel

Skills required:

• Newly qualified Accountant
• Exposure to finance analysis
• Strong excel skills
