General Practice Senior Manager

Mid-Tier Firm- London

Up to £75,000 + Benefits

I am currently working with one of the most successful general practice firms in the UK, who have asked me to find them a Senior Manager who has a wide range of experience across audit, accounts and tax work.

This firm has a Partnership team that was all promoted from within, with 90% of the firm's Partners coming through the ranks of the firm, as opposed to being hired externally.

The best bit about this client - The role is incredibly flexible. Depending on your strengths and interests, your split of work across audit/accounts/tax is completely down to you, and you can even choose to focus on 2 of the 3.

The client portfolio is also very flexible, and again depending on what you enjoy and excel at, the firm will let you choose (to an extent) your client base.

Other benefits include:

  • Clear progression
  • Autonomy within your role
  • An excellent work life balance
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Work from home
  • Market leading benefits package
  • Market leading salary bands

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be ACA or ACCA qualified, and currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level.

You will need experience in 2 areas of general practice (Audit &Accounts/ Accounts & Tax) or experience across all 3 would be highly desirable.

Experience with business development and networking would also be highly desirable but isn't crucial.

If the benefits sound interesting to you, and you fit the requirements needed, then get in touch for more information on 020 7019 8845, or to be considered for the vacancy send your CV to
