Group Tax Senior Manager – Global Media Group

A Global Media Group are looking to hire a Group Tax Senior Manager to join their London office. The business is growing and this is an opportunity to operate as their most senior tax person in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the European VAT submissions
• Oversight and review of corporation tax compliance on the group
• Oversight of US sales taxes
• Assistance on advisory work
• Review of the group tax disclosures
• Responsibility for all transfer pricing documentation
• Acting as the tax specialist on M&A transactions

Experience:

• ACA/ CTA or equivalent
• Industry experience preferred
