About the role:
A well known retail business is seeking an Interim Head of Group FP&A to steer their budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes. This is a chance to make a substantial impact, working closely with the executive committee and reporting directly to the Group Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and analytical functions at a group level
– Deliver incisive reports and insights to senior stakeholders, shaping strategic decisions
– Foster robust relationships with key business partners, providing challenge and insight
Essential Skills and Experience:
– Proven FP&A expertise within a large listed business environment, at a business unit or Group level
– Demonstrable commercial acumen, with a track record of adding value to the business
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders effectively
