The Head of FP&A will take a lead role in building the FP&A function, effectively from scratch, including the processes and controls that will underpin the business over the next few years. The Head of FP&A will manage a team of four qualified accountants and therefore needs strong leadership and coaching skills.

The Head of FP&A will take ownership for all of the key FP&A processes including the yearly, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting as well as the five year plans. This business partnering and communication skill set is vital to success in the role.

This individual must have a deep understanding within FP&A and must be able to clearly demonstrate thought leadership and transformational work in previous roles. In addition, experience working across an international remit is essential.
