A Private Equity backed, super high growth business in the Fintech sector is looking for a Head of FP&A. The Head of FP&A will take a lead role in building the FP&A function, effectively from scratch, including the processes and controls that will underpin the business over the next few years. The Head of FP&A will manage a team of four qualified accountants and therefore needs strong leadership and coaching skills.
The Head of FP&A will take ownership for all of the key FP&A processes including the yearly, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting as well as the five year plans. This will include building the fundamental models behind those processes and engaging with the rest of the business to drive a culture of P&L ownership. This business partnering and communication skill set is vital to success in the role.
This individual must have a deep understanding within FP&A and must be able to clearly demonstrate thought leadership and transformational work in previous roles. In addition, experience working across an international remit is essential.
The organisation has grown exponentially over the last 5 years and this growth is set to continue across and global footprint. Experience working in a high growth business would be beneficial as would experience within Fintech, Technology more generally or Financial Services. Experience working with large data volumes is vital.
The business is extremely fast paced and dynamic but also collaborative. The ability to collaborate across multiple departments and countries is vital for sucess in this role.
