Hedge Fund Corporate Actions

We are working with one of the biggest names in the hedge fund industry who have a global presence and a multi-strat scope to find a corporate actions candidate. This is a recognisable brand name whose performance has been stellar over recent years.

You will be processing corporate actions including all mandatory events, including stock splits, spinoffs, stock dividends, mergers, cash dividends, and facilitating voluntary elections by engaging with PMs and managing election deadlines. You will also resolve any settlement breaks and manage the surrounding data around the corporate actions.

We are looking for someone who is around 3 years out of university and looking for their next challenge in a high volume, high pressure trading environment. You must have a bachelor’s degree. You will ideally come from another hedge fund, but we will consider someone from an investment bank or fund administrator. You must have great knowledge of processing different types of corporate actions.
