A high-growth Investment Manager in London is in the midst of rapid expansion plans are looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst to add expertise to the new Change function. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm with ambition growth plans and to deliver a range of projects across the whole organisation. Additionally, you will have clear lines into C Suite stakeholders (i.e. COO, CTO, CFO etc.).

We are keen to speak to Business Analysts who have a deep expertise within the Investment Management industry (and ideally some exposure to pension funds) - please note that candidates without this experience will not be considered for this role. The successful candidate will likely be:

  • An experience Business Analyst from the buy side (looking for at least 5 years experience of working in the Asset Management space).
  • Experience of working on a variety of projects covering Front, Middle, Back Office and Corporate functions.
  • Recent experience of Front Office change, ideally implementing a Portfolio / Order Management system
  • comfortable operating as a (sometimes) singular senior BA, who can add real structure and governance to immature environment, in particular you will be able to shape testing processes moving forward.

This is a really interesting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a broad role where they can have a real impact on delivery and how things are doing.

Please note you will need to have the right to work in the UK without restriction.
