A housing association in Bracknell is recruiting for a Northgate Systems Specialist for 12 months on a FTC basis.
- Support customers with the Northgate system
- Ensure that customer and colleague needs are met
- Support the successful delivery of housing and scheduling systems to provide the functionality and performance that customers and colleagues need
- Maintenance, configuration, new development, upgrades, and work with the organisation to identify new functionality and improvements
- Help develop technical solutions needed to achieve 80% of customer-initiated transactions undertaken online
What you will need for this role
- Experience configuring and maintaining core housing management systems (e.g., Northgate and Kirona)
- Good people and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Worked in a technical / systems support role previously
