Operational Controls Oversight Manager

Responsibilities:

• Producing controls MI on behalf of the global business to support the delivery of the Operational Risk and Controls Methodology (ORCM) Framework.
• Continuing to build the ORCM / iCARE brand by working shoulder to shoulder with business partners and deliver high quality reporting & MI.
• Delivering reporting that helps to drive improvements in controls and data quality, including the timely remediation of issues and the return to tolerance for risks
• Establishing and maintaining an effective business relationship with the key stakeholders (including AI 1st line, Risk, and Internal Audit).
• Supporting teams within Operations with their Governance and Controls related matters e.g., chairing Risk Nominee/Owner meetings and ensuring timely controls assessment and closure of issues.
• Ensuring functions comply with the EUC policy and assist the Cluster Seven onboarding and monitoring process as required.

Skills desired:

• Demonstrable skills to ensure all internal and external reporting deadlines are met. This includes detailed planning and allocation of resources and taking necessary actions to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Ability to run meetings effectively.
• Delivery focus with ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Skilled in data manipulation and use of Excel (intermediate level).
• Effective stakeholder management.
