A trending financial services business is currently looking for a team of pension administrators to join them in different areas of the pensions team such as Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions. The contract is a 3 month rolling contract basis of 37.5 hours a week from 08:30am - 4:30pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm.

As a pension administrator you will be delivering the below duties:

  • Performing and issuing pension calculations
  • Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
  • Performing and issuing pension calculations
  • To complete / check casework and provide feedback
  • Resolving customer enquiries (oral and written)
  • Provide administration service to customers, working to agreed targets

In order to be successful to qualify for this role at this outstanding financial services business as an pension administrator you will need to be able to demonstrate the below skills/experience :

  • Previous pensions (either DB or DC) experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills oral and written
  • IT literacy and numeracy
  • Enthusiastic approach and passivity with working relationships
  • High attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and follow company process
